We are seeking an energetic and dependable Event Assistant to support promotional events and customer engagement activities. • Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events.
• Support event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance.
• Engage with customers and answer questions about products and services.
• Assist with promotional presentations and activities.
• Distribute promotional information and materials to attendees.
• Help identify customer interests and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain organized displays, materials, and event areas.
• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
• Assist with event schedules and daily activity coordination.
• Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Previous event, promotional, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
