Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events and ensure event spaces are organized, professional, and ready for attendees. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities- Arrange tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and supplies.
- Help transport and position event materials as needed.
- Organize supplies to ensure efficient event preparation.
- Assist with setting up promotional displays and customer-facing areas.
- Help maintain clean and organized event spaces.
- Support event staff during setup and preparation.
- Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after activities.
- Check event materials for completeness and visible damage.
- Communicate supply or setup concerns to team members.
- Follow established safety and workplace guidelines.
- Complete setup responsibilities efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist with general event activities when needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Comfortable performing hands-on physical tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move event materials.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, production, or setup experience is a plus but not required.
