Join Superior, a national leader in electrical design and construction, as a Finance Manager in our Corporate Finance function. Based in Columbus, Ohio, you will oversee the FP&A process, lead a team of analysts, and partner with business leaders to drive financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of financial analysts while collaborating across the broader Finance team.
- Prepare monthly and annual forecasts and budgets.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis on active construction projects and ISGA expenses.
- Analyze WIP reports and identify project finance risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Project Operations, Field Operations, and Business Development to align on construction project performance.
- Partner with business leaders on departmental ISGA cost planning.
- Oversee billable rate creation and analysis.
- Support leadership with ad‑hoc financial analytics.
- At least 8 years of experience in FP&A, project/operations finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the construction industry.
