Financial Analyst

Position Overview

The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across key business functions. This is a high-visibility role with regular exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional partners. • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and performance reporting for leadership
• Analyze trends, drivers, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making
• Assist with executive-level presentations and materials for leadership meetings
• Partner with operations, accounting, and business leaders on ad-hoc financial analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency
• Maintain and enhance financial tools, reports, and dashboards

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, public accounting, or FP&A
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and large data sets
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-finance stakeholders
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
