As a Branch Oversight Product Risk Manager in Fraud Risk, you will oversee Branch Administration, challenge our teams with a risk-averse mindset, and escalate issues to senior management including the Chief Risk Officer and risk committee. Your role involves ensuring process changes are risk-controlled, maintaining robust procedures to support excellent customer service, and balancing risk oversight with strategic product development to enhance customer experiences and safeguard our bank.

Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in a risk oversight or related function (Audit, Controls, Operational Risk, Compliance).
• Experience in financial services.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with process engineering and root cause analysis.
• Retail Banking experience, especially with account opening, maintenance, and transactions.
