Work schedule:

2 days in office, 3 days remote.

** As a Director, you'll contribute to the effective management of Nationwide's portfolio investment through results, people and personal performance categories. We'll count on you to provide financial, informational, administrative, advisory and analytical services to senior leaders relative to the coordination and management of the transformation project/program portfolio. You'll develop and implement functional portfolio performance measures, track, analyze and communicate portfolio risk and performance.

** Typical Skills and Experiences:

* Education:

** Undergraduate studies in finance, economics, accounting or statistics; advanced degree in financial field desired. Technical insurance coursework desirable.
** License/Certification/Designation:
** CPA preferred.

* Experience:

** Typically, ten or more years of relevant experience related to accounting, finance, insurance or administrative business functions, with at least five years of management level experience.
