Sr. Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance financial planning tools, processes, and reporting frameworks to improve scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
• Partner cross-functionally to monitor performance metrics, assess financial results, and provide clear insights to support cash flow planning and resource deployment
• Own the development of complex financial models to support scenario analysis, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making
• Prepare and manage the annual planning and budgeting cycle in coordination with accounting, treasury, tax, and investment partners
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of financial results, producing forecasts and variance explanations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build internal valuation models using detailed balance sheet analysis and capital distribution waterfall methodologies
• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects, delivering data-driven recommendations that support long-term financial and business objectives

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of translating financial analysis into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and business partners
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, coupled with 8–10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and strategic analysis
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical expertise, including scenario planning, sensitivity testing, and strategic forecasting
