Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

The Controller will oversee all accounting operations, including month‑end close, financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and team leadership. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can enhance systems, processes, and internal controls as the organization continues to scale.

• Lead the accounting team, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, and general ledger functions.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making.
• Implement process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury‑related activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• CPA required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; ability to guide system upgrades or implementations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
