Aboutthe Role
As a practice finance specialist within Provide’s Inside Sales team, you will focus on business development, credit analysis, and loan proposal presentation. You will be accountable for risk management, adhere to our policies, and deliver a positive customer experience.
A Day In The Life- Use a consultative sales process to build a thorough customer profile and identify financial needs.
- Effectively manage a book of business of Provide customers.
- Maintain an in-depth product knowledge to recommend solutions that fit the client’s value proposition.
- Articulate the benefits of obtaining financing through a technology-enabled, industry-specific lender to doctors and referral sources.
- Prospect business customers and set appointments for financial reviews, including outbound calls to your book of business.
- Collaborate with One Bank partners to refer customers when appropriate.
- Analyze global cash flow, collateral, and application aspects to determine suitability for Underwriting.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s credit policy.
- Draft clear, concise deal write‑ups to streamline credit submissions.
- Complete administrative responsibilities timely.
- Support the Outside Sales team with loan proposal presentations.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in practice finance.
- Proven ability to build new and existing client business and provide a positive client experience.
- Strong business acumen, including detailed analysis of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to assess client needs, profit drivers, and lifecycle‑optimizing financial solutions.
- Effective problem‑solving and analytical skills; can manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Alignment with the organization’s vision and core values.
- Proven teamwork in a sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or mathematics.
- Formal credit training or equivalent credit risk experience.
- Underwriting experience.
