FAES | Finance Service Center Under the direction of Service Center Leadership provides support for University and CFAES fiscal transactions that may include procurement, PCard and/or travel. Responsible for system review and processing of fiscally-related transactions while ensuring all University and college policies and procedures are followed. Ensures supporting documentation conforms to University guidelines. Serves as a point of contact for faculty, staff and students by ensuring processing is timely, efficient, accurate and in compliance.

Provides a high-level of service to all customers. Participates in special projects and work groups as assigned.
** Minimum

Required Qualifications
** High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant experience in position with fiscal support duties. Attention to detail. Dependability, accountability, adaptability and team player.
** Desired

Experience:

** Knowledge of university Expenditure, Purchasing, PCard, and Travel Policies and procedures.

The pay range for this profile is $21.35 - $27.88 hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
