The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments, influence decision-making, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting

• Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide actionable recommendations

• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership

• Assist in strategic planning and long-term financial projections

• Support cost analysis and profitability assessments

• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to gather data and ensure accuracy

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency

• Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)

• Experience with financial reporting and ERP systems

• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
