This role is a hybrid position spending 4 days/week on-site. Hybrid schedule subject to change based on business need.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead customer pricing discussions with cross-functional stakeholders, reviewing customer-level profitability, competitive dynamics, and cost drivers
* Develop and execute pricing strategies in partnership with business units and commercial teams
* Own and continuously improve pricing and quoting processes, tools, and governance
* Design, launch, and integrate pricing desks for newly acquired or expanding businesses, including process standardization and tool deployment
* Leverage analytics and pricing tools to drive margin improvement, profitability, and market share growth
* Supervise and develop pricing analysts through coaching, training, and performance management
* Partner with leadership teams to support growth initiatives across products and business units
* Perform additional duties as needed to support pricing and commercial excellence initiatives
Qualifications
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
* 5+ years of experience, preferably in commercial pricing, finance, or a related field
Technical & Professional Skills
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of Word
* Experience with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
* Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
* Solid understanding of financial metrics and their business impact
* Ability to design and implement repeatable pricing playbooks and frameworks
* Proven ability to make independent, data-driven decisions

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership capabilities
