We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Escrow Officer to manage complex commercial real estate transactions from initiation through final closing. This role requires strong escrow expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial escrow transactions from opening to closing in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Review purchase agreements, loan documents, title commitments, and closing instructions.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and title professionals to ensure timely and smooth closings.
- Prepare and review settlement statements and all closing-related documentation.
- Oversee escrow funds, including receipt, disbursement, and reconciliation.
- Verify all escrow conditions, title requirements, and lender instructions are completed before closing.
- Record and distribute final closing documents and settlement packages.
- Maintain accurate and organized escrow files throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with all parties to resolve issues and keep deals progressing.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry regulations, and best practices.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial escrow or a senior escrow role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and escrow procedures.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex transactions with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in escrow/title software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
