Plant Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant-level accounting and financial activities, including reporting, analysis, and internal controls
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes while providing actionable insights to improve performance
• Oversee inventory accounting and cost management, ensuring accuracy and strong controls across materials and production
• Manage cash flow, capital tracking, and financial planning initiatives at the plant level
• Support audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
• Partner closely with operations, supply chain, and senior leadership to support strategic initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
• CPA preferred but not required
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing setting
• Experience working within ERP systems; SAP strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of core accounting principles, inventory costing, and financial reporting practices
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical business solutions
• Proven success managing budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and audit readiness
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and develop teams
