About the RoleOur client is seeking a hands‑on FP&A Manager to lead long‑term financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This role partners closely with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, improve financial processes, and deliver insights that guide key business decisions.
You’ll build scalable financial frameworks, lead strategic planning cycles, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
What You’ll Do- Manage long‑term financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and multi‑year planning
- Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives and leadership decision‑making
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and executive‑ready presentations
- Implement best practices to scale FP&A processes, financial operations, and reporting efficiency
- Partner with leadership to refine the company’s growth strategy and evaluate new opportunities
- Monitor business trends and performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and financial transparency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of finance or FP&A experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of influencing stakeholders
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and storytelling skills
- Excellent communication skills — able to present complex information clearly and confidently
- Collaborative team mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
