Head – Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head – Finance & Accounts to lead the finance function for our Conductor business in Columbus, Ohio. This is a critical senior leadership role reporting directly to the Group CFO & CEO – Conductor & Telecom.

This role involves leading the finance function and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

• Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & analysis
• Ensure regulatory compliance and corporate governance
• Drive cost optimization and financial performance
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• Manage audits, taxation, and financial reporting

• CFA / CMA / CPA / MBA – Finance
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, compliance, reporting, and operational finance
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills
• Experience managing large finance teams in a manufacturing setup

• Age Group: 40–50 years
