Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst. The position is located at Battelle’s Corporate Headquarters in Columbus, OH, and is hybrid. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Unit Finance professional to deliver actionable pricing analysis, to guide strategic decision-making across business units.

• Expert knowledge of accounting structure and strategic RFP requirement interpretation
• Expert knowledge of standard FAR and CAS requirements
• Assists Principal Financial Analyst w/strategic RFP requirement interpretation
• Independent reviews and prepares cost volumes for high priority strategic opportunities
• Leads process improvements to drive pricing efficiencies
• Assists with workload management and resource allocation for ongoing proposal efforts
• Provides mentorship and growth opportunities within the pricing functional discipline
• Prepare proposal specific profitability analysis for Finance Manager
• Coordinates with Govt Accounting to track cost estimating requirement changes and communicates changes to the team to ensure consistency and compliance
• Price-to-Win strategy contribution both through mentorship within our teams as well as proposal specific collaboration
• Independently reviews/interprets RFP requirements for cost volume outline and cost volume development

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance; eight years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related field.
