PositionSummary
The Commercial Loan Officer develops and manages commercial lending relationships with respondent banks, oversees underwriting coordination, participates in loan committee review, and administers an assigned portfolio within defined risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities- Originate loan participations, bank stock loans, and bank holding company loans
- Develop relationships with member and non-member banks
- Analyze financial information and evaluate credit risk
- Collaborate with Credit Department on loan presentations
- Collaborate with ACBB Client Relationship Advisors to gather information from client banks to ascertain potential cross selling opportunities for deposits, payments, and other
- Serve as voting member of Loan Committee
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend risk ratings
- Represent ACBB at industry events within assigned territory

- Minimum ten (10) years of commercial lending experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis and underwriting
- Experience presenting to loan committee
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience in correspondent or participation lending
Pay Range: $125,000 to $160,000 annually;
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
