Currie & Brown has a year in industry Finance Assistant role to join our UK based finance team in our London Holborn office. This role would be suitable for students looking to gain experience working within a finance team in a commercial, global business, learning about operational finance.

You will support the finance team and the wider business via production of accounting information. The UK team supports Europe our European offices and a bilingual individual who speaks either or both German and Spanish would beneficial.

• Review and approval of staff expenses
• Administration of travel booking system
• Preparation of billing and timesheet reports
• Support preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of VAT returns
• Bank reconciliations
• Carry out other ad hoc activities at the direction of the senior finance team

• Conscientious with high attention to detail
• Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Fluent German and or Spanish speaker
