We are rapidly expanding our production footprint, and this role is critical to scaling our operational excellence. We are seeking a visionary Director of Manufacturing Finance to be the dedicated financial architect and strategic partner for our next‑generation Arsenal Production facility. This critical role will lead the build‑out of a best‑in‑class Finance infrastructure tailored to Arsenal’s unique needs and rapid growth trajectory, including the financial oversight of its construction and physical establishment. Embedded as a thought partner to senior manufacturing leadership at Arsenal, you will collaborate extensively with engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, logistics, product, and growth teams.

Your mission will be to optimize cost management, develop dynamic pricing strategies, and ensure the financial robustness of Arsenal's manufacturing operations, from the initial capital investment in the facility itself through ongoing operational efficiency. This role requires an individual with a deep ownership mentality, a first‑principles approach to operational challenges, and comfort thriving in a fast‑moving, ambiguous, and high‑stakes environment.

• Strategic Financial Leadership for Arsenal Manufacturing: Provide end‑to‑end financial management for the Arsenal facility's manufacturing execution. This includes, but is not limited to, driving product profitability analyses, developing and managing standard costs, conducting financial modeling and capital budgeting for facility expansion, assessing production attainment from a financial perspective, optimizing resource allocation, and managing site‑specific cash flow considerations on Cap Ex and Inventory.
• Integrated Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the planning, forecasting, and detailed financial and resource analysis across critical functions supporting Arsenal, such as manufacturing engineering, supply chain, program management, and operations.
• Cost Management & Profitability: Develop and implement long‑term cost management and reduction programs specific to Arsenal, including building product profitability roadmaps for new technologies and product lines manufactured at the facility.
• Performance Reporting & Strategic Metrics: Compile, review, and present comprehensive budgets, detailed cost allocations, insightful performance dashboards, and key financial health metrics relevant to Arsenal’s operations to senior leadership.
• Finance Transformation & Standardization: Define and deploy global financial methodologies, standards, and lead finance transformation initiatives to ensure consistency, scalability, and automation within the manufacturing finance function, especially as Arsenal grows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Business or equivalent experience.
