Senior Associate, Fraud Strategy Team

• Monitor fraud trends in the portfolio to develop insights around potential gaps in defenses and propose solutions by leveraging data from across the firm, advanced machine learning models, and other analytics.
• Develop strategies and actions that balance trade‑offs among fraud losses, operational expenses driven by fraud strategies, and customer impacts from fraud prevention efforts.
• Work closely with partners across the firm to deliver on joint priorities that keep the firm and our customers safe from fraud while helping the business grow.
• Collaborate with the fraud risk technical product team to deliver best‑in‑class fraud‑fighting capabilities to protect our customers.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience related to risk management, strategic analytics, or data science.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Python.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets to monitor and uncover behaviors and trends in fraudulent activity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive‑level communications. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.
• High degree of initiative, self‑direction, and ability to work well under pressure.

• Prior experience working in fraud strategy.
• Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly.
