** Responsibilities for Program Manager include but are not limited to:*
* · Provide day‑to‑day operational support for manual settlement processes, including Fedwire transactions, bank account changes, and financial adjustments

· Perform reconciliations and balancing activities to ensure accurate settlement and timely resolution of discrepancies

· Process tax withholding, remittance, and related reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements

· Support invoicing and check processing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls

· Manage legal and court‑mandated account actions, including lines, levies, garnishments, and court‑ordered holds

· Ensure all settlement activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management controls

· Investigate and resolve exceptions, escalating issues as appropriate to mitigate operational and compliance risk

· Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for all settlement activities

· Collaborate with internal teams, banks, and external partners to support timely and accurate processing

** Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered** :

· Strong understanding of settlement operations and high‑risk manual processing environments

· Experience with funds movement, reconciliations, and exception management

· Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial operations

· High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a controlled, deadline‑driven environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience working with Fedwire systems and banking platforms

· Familiarity with tax withholding and remittance processes

· Experience handling legal account restrictions such as liens, levies, and garnishments

· Background in financial services, banking operations, or settlement support

** Pay Details:**  $56.96 per hour
