Position: Mortgage Loan Officer — Client-First Home Financing

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating the mortgage process. Daily tasks include evaluating client financial information, guiding clients through loan options, preparing loan applications, and collaborating with underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely and accurate loan closings. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and staying up-to-date with market trends, lending regulations, and financial products.

Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of Loan Officers, the Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending concepts
  • Familiarity with industry guidelines
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, with a commitment to client satisfaction and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, client-centric environment
  • Current NMLS licensure and compliance with industry regulations are required
  • Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer for minimum 1 year
