Overview
The Office of Finance is looking for a dedicated Accountant (Bond Accountant
2) who will:
- Prepare schedules to support financial statement numbers for assigned bond series
- Prepare financial statements for assigned bond series
- Pay disbursements related to bond issues, Single-Family expenses & preparing trustee & banking partner letters for investment purchases
- Maintain database for trustee extract files & transactions, interest rates on variable rate bonds & swaps, bond paydowns & investment purchases
- Prepare reports used by the group, such as the month end reports from US Bank, investment & bond balance totals, remarketing & liquidity contract information

Minimum Qualifications- 36 months training or 36 months experience in accounting.
- OR completion of undergraduate core program in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or public administration; AND 12 months training or 12 months experience in accounting.
- OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

OHFA’s Office of Finance provides fiscal management, budgeting & accounting for OHFA & its programs. The office also coordinates the annual federal & financial audits of all Agency funds, as well as prepares monthly financial reports & quarterly budget reports.
