Settlement Support Analyst | Fortune 500 Financial Services Firm
We’re looking for a Settlement Support Analyst to join a Fortune 500 Financial Services Client. This role focuses on high-risk, highly regulated financial operations including wire processing, reconciliations, and legal holds. If you have experience in settlements, banking operations, or financial risk processes—this is a strong opportunity to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:- Perform Fedwire transactions, reconciliations, and daily balancing activities
- Manage liens, levies, garnishments, and court-ordered account holds
- Support highly regulated processes including bank adjustments and settlements
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate resolution of financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance and operational efficiency
- Handle invoicing, tax-related processes, and check processing as needed
- Prior experience in banking operations, settlements, or financial services environment
- Hands‑on experience with reconciliations, balancing, and wire transfers (Fedwire preferred)
- Understanding of regulatory processes such as liens, levies, and garnishments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high‑risk transactions
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Columbus, OH – 2 days onsite, 3 remote)
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment
