We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis within our growing manufacturing organization. This hybrid role, based in Columbus, Ohio
, partners closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights that enhance operational and business performance.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long‑range financial planning.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports and analysis for U.S. and global stakeholders.
• Conduct in‑depth variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments to support decision‑making.
• Build, enhance, and maintain financial models for scenario planning, pricing, and capital investment evaluations.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, sales, HR, and IT to support strategic initiatives and improve financial outcomes.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting efficiencies across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, including required experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; exposure to IFRS or international reporting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive within a global, fast‑paced reporting structure.
