As an Associate within our Consumer and Community organization, you will be critical in the support of our newly created first line credit function for the Business Banking organization.
Job Responsibilities- Manage, evaluate and support risk assessment processes
- Develop and implement workflows to support consumer lending decisions, ensuring comprehensive documentation and transparency
- Engage in strategic collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders to align objectives
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of credit/financial documentation
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
