• Gather and analyze data, develop financial planning recommendations, implementation, and portfolio management.
• Profile clients to identify investment and lending needs and coordinate the delivery of investment, fiduciary, and lending solutions to satisfy those needs.
• Assist the FA/FA team to implement a defined asset allocation and investment strategy.
• Offer investment ideas based on firm research, team guidelines, and asset allocation strategies tailored to the risk profile and investment objectives of their clients.
• May act as a primary relationship officer for the accounts that are assigned to them by the FA/FA Team.

• 2 years’ experience in financial planning role
• Bachelor's Degree
• Professional Licenses: CFP, Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66)
• Must obtain insurance license within 12 months of hire
• Completion of relevant training as determined by Janney
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as experience with financial planning, client relationship management (CRM), and portfolio management software
• Detail oriented
• Strong time management skills to support the overall goals of the team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Critical thinking skills
• High ethical standards
