Corporate Tax Manager Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced accounting and finance professional to join our team as an Corporate Tax Manager
. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a key part in managing the company’s tax compliance, treasury operations, cash flow planning, and financial reporting activities across a global organization.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to domestic and international tax matters, banking relationships, cash management, and strategic financial initiatives while contributing to the success of a growing multinational business.
Key Responsibilities- Support all aspects of U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
- Assist with the annual tax provision process, ASC 740 reporting, and tax-related financial statement requirements.
- Partner with external tax advisors and auditors to support tax planning, compliance, and audit activities.
- Coordinate expatriate tax programs, including tax equalization calculations and working with outside providers on employee tax filings.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to help leadership make informed financial decisions.
- Monitor daily cash activity and support the management of banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Assist with debt administration, lender reporting, and compliance with financial covenants.
- Prepare treasury and tax reporting packages for leadership, lenders, and corporate stakeholders.
- Participate in internal and external audits and help ensure strong financial controls and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen tax and treasury operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate accounting, tax, treasury, public accounting, or a combination of these areas.
- Understanding of corporate tax compliance, tax provisions, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and solve complex problems.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
