Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:

• Support costing activities and financial analysis of operations

• Execute month-end close (journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis)

• Perform labor and cost variance reporting

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

• Manage intercompany accounts and invoicing reconciliations

• Maintain and analyze financial data for trends and accuracy

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

• Experience with fixed assets and cost accounting
