What You'll Do As a Financial Analyst Supervisor
  • Manage assigned areas of responsibility;
    Enforce section policies & procedures.
  • Establish priorities & supervise subordinate personnel.
  • Oversee daily work activities by assigning & reviewing work;
    Ensure subordinates are properly trained in order to maintain acceptable employee performance.
  • Conduct staff meetings & communicate information concerning operations.
  • Maintain reports concerning section activities & related program reports.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Option 1: 54 months experience or training in accounting and/or finance, including advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
  • Option 2:
    Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field, and 30 months experience or training in accounting and/or finance, including advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
  • Option 3:
    Completion of graduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field, and 18 months experience or training in accounting and/or finance, including advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
  • Option 4: 12 months experience as Senior Financial Analyst, 66563, or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above. Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 months of required accounting/fiscal experience.
