- Manage assigned areas of responsibility;
Enforce section policies & procedures. - Establish priorities & supervise subordinate personnel.
- Oversee daily work activities by assigning & reviewing work;
Ensure subordinates are properly trained in order to maintain acceptable employee performance. - Conduct staff meetings & communicate information concerning operations.
- Maintain reports concerning section activities & related program reports.
- Option 1: 54 months experience or training in accounting and/or finance, including advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
- Option 2:
Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field, and 30 months experience or training in accounting and/or finance, including advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software. - Option 3:
Completion of graduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field, and 18 months experience or training in accounting and/or finance, including advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software. - Option 4: 12 months experience as Senior Financial Analyst, 66563, or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above. Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 months of required accounting/fiscal experience.
