• Manage account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and operational research
• Process and investigate payments, stock transfers, checks, and Fed wire disbursements
• Resolve escalated issues and clear outstanding debits
• Handle client correspondence, requests, and account updates
• Meet production and quality standards while following compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and support external clients
• Cross-train across multiple operational functions
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starter attitude
• College degree preferred
• Strong desire to build a career in Financial Services
• Technical support experience is a plus!

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
