Fifth Third Bank - - Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in all interactions and refer customers to appropriate business partners for consultative conversations;

Perform daily office responsibilities with CSR and Bankers to maintain efficient operations;
Maintain balancing records in accordance with policy and stay up to date on bank procedures;
Identify customer needs during interactions and refer to Bankers and partners for tailored solutions
