Portfolio Specialist - Consumer & Regional Banking

Overview

The Business Banking Portfolio Specialist provides post-closing Portfolio Management Support for multiple portfolios in various regions.

• Collect financial statements for financial covenant review.
• Collect financial statements for loan renewals.
• Collect borrowing base and covenant waivers.
• Research collateral exceptions and complete necessary actions to clear exceptions.
• Facilitate modifications to existing loans.
• Order 3rd party reports for non-credit-action requirements.
• Process system requests for loan detail updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years' experience working with business lending documents and financial statements.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to think critically.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and with multiple levels across various segments.
• Highly motivated, focused and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Working knowledge of Huntington systems including Velocity, HAWC, AFS and PMTS.

Exempt status:
Yes = not eligible for overtime pay;
No = eligible for overtime pay.

Workplace type:
Office. Certain positions outside the branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
