What You Will Do
- Manage & coordinate ODOT’s Awarded Discretionary Grant Program
- Works with internal and external customers to ensure on time project delivery as it relates to the discretionary grant program.
- Formulate, develop, enforce & implement program policy
- Reconcile capital projects to ensure compliance & maximum funding amounts
- Manage ODOT’s credit bridge program
- Strong understanding of federal funding rules and FHWA requirements.
- Careful and detail‑oriented when reviewing documents and timelines.
- Able to coordinate well with local, state, and federal partners.
- Good at identifying issues and finding solutions.
- Clear communicator who can prepare accurate, professional responses

- Or completion of undergraduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in financial administration.
- Or completion of graduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in financial administration.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
NOTE:
Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 mos. of required accounting/fiscal experience referenced in this portion of the minimum qualifications.
