Chase - - Responsibilities:
Assist with underwriting and approval processes for acquisition, construction, and permanent loans within the Community Development Banking team;
Support originations and risk teams to manage loan pipelines and prepare deal materials;
Coordinate with KYC Officers for background checks and draft deal pitch packages and term sheets;
Review project budgets, conduct market analysis, and analyze overall project economics;
Collaborate through loan life cycle from onboarding to repayment, including due diligence and closing support
