Pay Rate: $40 - $41.33 hourly on W2

Position Overview:

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5 + years of direct experience filing taxes and working in a tax department.
• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Accounting, or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with multistate payroll tax.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Advanced-level knowledge of payroll tax processes and tax regulations.
• Experience with People Soft Payroll Tax and ADP Master Tax preferred.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Independently prepare and file payroll taxes.
• Handle federal, state, and local tax filings.
• Manage monthly local tax filings.
• Process and respond to W-2C requests.
• Manage emails, mail, and tax-related inquiries.
• Use Service Now to manage requests and track issues.
• Work closely with the Tax Team, customers, and internal business units.
