Relationship Banker

• Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources
• Accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed
• Having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of the financial and life priorities
• Connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
• Executing the bank's risk culture and striving for operational excellence
• Managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of the financial services industry, products and solutions
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance

Demonstrates expertise in financial services, including cash handling and client engagement, while effectively connecting clients to financial solutions that align with their goals. Proven ability to manage client interactions and sales processes in a fast-paced environment.
