Financial Planning Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at our manufacturing client in Columbus, Ohio. Our client is seeking a temporary FP&A Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to support financial planning, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will focus on developing dashboards, automating reporting, and providing financial insights to drive business performance during a critical project period.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Automate manual financial and operational reports.
• Consolidate and validate data from ERP and other business systems.
• Document reporting processes and provide knowledge transfer at project completion.
• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, or business intelligence experience.
• Advanced Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Microsoft Certified preferred but not required.
