Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Manager

• Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for healthcare and practice finance clients with annual revenues up to $50MM
• Develop new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships through business development, networking, and consultative relationship management
• Structure and deliver customized solutions including lines of credit, term debt, practice acquisitions, buyouts, commercial real estate financing, treasury management, payments, and deposit solutions
• Act as a healthcare banking subject matter expert for branch, business banking, and market teams
• Strengthen referral generation and relationship growth through education, collaboration, and consultative support
• Lead complex financial discussions with healthcare owners and operators
• Maintain ownership of the overall client relationship while coordinating across a large, matrixed organization
• Partner with Treasury Management, Payments, Wealth Management, Credit, and other specialty teams
• Apply credit judgment and risk discipline while balancing growth, profitability, and client experience
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for clients and the bank

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Seven or more years of relevant experience
• Prior Healthcare and Practice Finance banking & structuring experience
• Prior experience in clinic and center Commercial Real Estate
• Experience partnering across a large, matrixed organization, especially with Treasury Management, Payments, and Wealth Management partners
• Experience working with Healthcare and Practice clients and prospects
• Experience managing complex credit structures and loan requests larger than $2.5MM
• Experience working with companies and practices up to $50MM in annual revenue
• Experience with MS Office suite of products, Salesforce, and nCino
• Proven success developing new business and COIs in the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial credit and credit quality
• Agile and innovative approach to problem solving and decision making
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies

Demonstrates expertise in healthcare banking and practice finance, with a strong focus on relationship management, business development, and complex credit structuring. Proven ability to collaborate across matrixed organizations while delivering customized financial solutions to clients with annual revenues up to $50MM.
