- Communicate enterprise performance, investment priorities, and value-creation plans with clarity and credibility.
- Lead finance transformation, including ERP implementation, process modernization, and development of scalable standalone capabilities.
- Ensure finance systems, processes, and talent support growth and the long-term operating model.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global finance organization across core finance disciplines.
- Build capability and succession strength while fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a complex, global manufacturing environment.
- Proven success leading finance operations for a manufacturing company; experience primarily in service, financial services, technology, retail, or other non-manufacturing sectors will not substitute.
- Strong command of manufacturing finance, including plant performance, standard costing, inventory and working capital, productivity, supply chain economics, and capital investment decisions.
- Experience operating in a business with high capital demand, including capital planning, prioritization, and investment governance.
- Broad leadership across FP&A, treasury, accounting, tax, controls, and business finance.
- Experience with finance transformation, ERP implementation, integration, separation, or development of standalone capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decisions and lead through significant organizational change.
The successful candidate will be:
- Strategic and commercially minded, combining financial rigor with practical business judgment.
- Collaborative in style, with the confidence to bring a strong perspective, challenge constructively, and influence decisions.
- Disciplined - balancing growth, capital stewardship, governance, and risk.
