Key Responsibilities- Transaction Processin
g:
Execute high-volume financial and non-financial transactions, including large premium payments, fund transfers/reallocations, policy loans, withdrawals, surrenders, and account maintenance (owner/beneficiary updates, broker changes). - Quality Assuranc
e:
Conduct same-day quality-check reviews on all processed transactions to maintain data integrity and regulatory alignment. - Document Managemen
t:
Generate, review, and audit transaction confirmation letters and annual statements, ensuring delivery to Account Representatives within strict service level agreements (SLAs). - Cross-Functional Suppor
t:
Partner closely with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and streamline daily document distribution workflows.
Experience &
Education:

High School diploma or equival

gree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly prefer

nce: 1–2 years of professional corporate experience in an office environment, or equivalent internship experience.
