- Within the Bureau of Motor Vehicles' (BMV), Driver License Suspension Section (DLSS), provide program direction by relieving superior of a variety of difficult administrative duties pertaining to the Court Reporting & Compliance program:
- Plans, develops, & organizes all major aspects, activities & initiatives of the BMV Court Reporting & Compliance Program;
Plans, writes & implements goals based on program needs &/or requirements; - Serves as liaison between administrator & DLSS staff;
Transmits decisions & directives regarding program rules & operating procedures;
Responds to any programmatic issues or needs raised by leadership &/or staff; - Monitors courts for compliance with BMV Reporting requirements;
Addresses noncompliance issues directly with the courts via phone, email &/or in-person visits; - Manages courts request to access the File Transfer Protocol(FTP) process & BMV systems in order to view &/or modify BMV records;
Provides instruction to courts on the FTP process & use of online BMV systems.
4 yrs. trg. or 4 yrs. exp. in business administration management science or public administration.
Option 2- Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration;
2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position.
Option 3- Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file;
2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. exp. in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research &/or policy/procedure development.
Option 4- Or 1 yr. exp. as Program Administrator 1, 63122.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
