- Drives systemwide quality strategy, execution, and culture
- Leads implementation and spread of evidence?based and improvement practices
- Transforms data into actionable insights and partners with IT and other stakeholders to support reliable clinical workflows
- Develops future leaders in quality, safety, and improvement science
- Advances high?reliability principles, proactive safety, and a culture of teamwork and psychological safety
- Top three priorities include Zero Preventable Harm, High Reliability, and Vizient/CMS Star Performance
Requirements:
- Board Certified MD or DO
- Previous experience as a Quality Medical Director
