Career Details:

We are seeking a passionate Shift Lead to join our team of professionals in the Lima area. As a Shift Lead, you will lead staff on assigned shift (e.g., Community Reentry Specialists), and assist with facility coverage and administrative duties. Perform duties in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and corresponding with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts.

Employees will engage with clients on a consistent basis and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques in order to foster and promote healthy decision making and positive interpersonal skills. May be required to work overtime, fill in for absent workers, as needed, in order to maintain mandatory staffing levels for a 24/7/365 operation.

Requirements

Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

No Experience Required

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

Skills and Abilities:

Computer Skills:
Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
