The Compliance Senior Analyst
- Investigator is a highly visible position that interacts with multiple departments, faculty, staff, and patients across OSUWMC while conducting investigations related to HIPAA and other compliance matters. The role involves assisting the Director of Compliance/Chief HIPAA Privacy Officer and compliance leaders in investigations, monitoring, auditing, staff education, and regulatory adherence. The analyst must manage a fast-paced environment, prioritize investigations, and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and leadership.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is desirable.
• 4 years of relevant experience; 4-8 years preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance issues.
• Experience with investigations, monitoring, auditing, education, and regulatory identification is preferred.
• Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
