Recreational Activities Case Manager
The Recreational Activities Case Manager creates a fun, innovative, and engaging environment for adult residential clients living with mental health issues. The role includes advocacy, linkage to resources, coordination of medical and self‑care appointments, group and individual activities, transportation, and comprehensive care within the Next Generation Residential Program.
Responsibilities- Facilitate group and individual activities that promote dignity, quality of life, and coping skill use.
- Develop and maintain a diverse schedule of regular events in Safe Landing residential home and the community.
- Coordinate and facilitate transportation to appointments as needed.
- Document all activities, maintain accurate client records, and track billable hours.
- Collaborate with residential staff, medical providers, and community resources.
- Customer Satisfaction:
Communicate client updates, maintain relationships, seek feedback, and handle complaints promptly. - Quality Improvement:
Participate in QI training, committees, and data collection to enhance organizational performance. - Organizational Support:
Represent agency values, comply with policies, submit work promptly, and support collaboration. - Education & Self‑Development:
Maintain current licensure, pursue continuing education, and apply knowledge to practice.
- Previous experience in social work, mental health, or a residential setting preferred.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor, ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Strong leadership qualities and self‑motivation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Reliable transportation and flexible hours.

Hourly rate: $20.00 - $21.00
Payment frequency:
Bi‑weekly
Billable hours: 89 per month
