This full-time on-site Apprentice Optician role is located in Columbus, OH. The Apprentice Optician will assist in dispensing eyewear, learning about optical fittings, and performing quality inspections. They will support customers by answering questions, guiding them through frame and lens selection, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting optometrists during eye exams and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

• Knowledge or experience in Optics and Optometry.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction orientation with a focus on delivering excellent care.
• Familiarity with basic Eye Exams and an eagerness to learn and grow within the optical field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to engage in training and professional development opportunities to enhance expertise.
