Patient Care Coordinator-Floater

The Patient Care Coordinator:
Floater is integral to our patient experience at Northwest Physical Therapy. In this role, you will:

• Full Time Position.
• Travel to our 4 offices to fill in for scheduled and unscheduled days off.
• Greets patients and general public upon entering the facility.
• Communicate with other medical professionals and patients to coordinate patient therapy treatments.
• Prepares and maintains patient billing and medical records.
• Manages patient insurance benefits, authorizations, and payment information.
• Communicates insurance coverage, coverage limits, deductibles, and co-pay information to patients once benefit information is obtained.
• Performs general filing, mailing, and communication tasks.
• Performs general cleaning and upkeep of office, clinic and reception areas.
• Manages the patient experience through their effective communication, gathering accurate insurance information, and navigating the patient's therapy visit schedule, to provide the optimal healing environment.
