- Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
- Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
- Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective product promotion and compliance with industry standards
- BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
- Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and build trust among peers
- Strong project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
